Demival has a workforce of 500 staff, 400 of whom are individuals with an employment handicap.
Who can come to Demival?
Anyone who on account of illness, handicap or psychosocial issues is unable to find employment on the ‘normal’ job market may come to Demival for suitable work. The only requirements are that the person must carry out productive work to a certain extent and must have a suitable attitude to working.
Support staff
In addition to the target group staff, Demival also employs approximately 100 people in support or supervisory positions. These are both production-oriented positions, as well as jobs in one of our centralised departments.
