Our History
Demival traces its origins back to 1966, when it operated from a rented 550 m² facility along Kortrijksesteenweg in Deinze. Ambitions quickly grew, and in 1970 construction began on a first dedicated site at Machelenstraat 169. Over the years, this location was steadily expanded into a fully developed infrastructure covering 12.900m².
A new milestone followed in 2006 with the opening of a modern, climate-controlled facility at Machelenstraat 128. Today, this site offers 3,700 m² of floor space and 6,550 m² of usable production area.
Today, Demival has grown into a dynamic organisation with around 600 employees, including 470 people employed through supported employment programmes. Together, we deliver high-quality work every day across a total production area of approximately 20.000m².
