Digitalisation doesn’t have to be complicated. With DemiFlow, Demival is introducing a new digital time-tracking system, developed specifically for our technical departments.
Employees register with their badge and then scan the production order and task they are working on. Simple and user-friendly. The registered hours are automatically linked to Business Central, our ERP system. This gives us a more accurate picture of the actual time and costs involved in our projects and helps us make future calculations more precise.
DemiFlow was deliberately developed based on day-to-day practice and the needs of our employees. Following a test phase in the assembly department, the system is now being rolled out step by step across our technical departments.
With DemiFlow, we are taking another important step towards digitalisation and continuous improvement: easier time tracking, better insights and ever stronger processes.
