At our staff event on 3 October, Demival officially launched its five strengths: Talent Strength, Team Strength, Action Strength, Professional Strength and Growth Strength.
These strengths are more than just words. They reflect what Demival stands for, what we value and how we work together every day. They serve as a compass for our organisation, guiding the way we interact with colleagues and customers and how we approach challenges.
The five strengths were introduced in an interactive and playful way. Through a quiz, employees gradually discovered the meaning behind each one. Each strength was also given its own icon, which will become increasingly visible throughout our organisation and across our communication channels.

We keep learning and improving and remain open to new ideas. That’s how we continue to grow together.
These five strengths are already part of the way we work every day. From now on, we will make them even more visible together. Because together, we turn our strengths into action.
